Red Tail Ridge is led by visionary vintner Nancy Irelan — with 35 years in the wine industry, Nancy spent a decade as VP of Viticulture & Enology R&D at E&J Gallo. She holds a PhD in grape genetics from the UC-Davis Viticulture and Enology Department, and distills her knowledge in every bottle.

The first LEED Gold Certified Winery in New York State, they were a James Beard Nominee in 2019 & 2020. The Finger Lakes region is home to a growing, influential wine scene due to its cool climate.
