The Spa at Fearrington is a destination and day spa and is located eight miles from Chapel Hill, NC and a short drive from Raleigh and Durham. Find us in the Park Building overlooking the Fearrington Village Center. Please enter through our spa boutique, Haven, where an attendant will welcome you. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to service.

Before or following your facial, massage, pedicure or manicure, we invite you to have lunch, brunch or dinner next door at The Fearrington Granary Restaurant, or we’ll have delivered to The Spa selections from The Granary or The Belted Goat.

Meet the Team

Angela Avellino, Spa & Haven Manager

Angela has been in the hospitality world for the last seven years. She was the Assistant Spa Director of The Umstead Hotel and Spa since 2006 where she led a Five Diamond, Four Star spa successfully. She is also a licensed massage therapist as well. Prior to working in the hospitality business, Angela was a tutor and teacher assistant for Miller Motte College helping other future massage therapists and estheticians prepare for the State Board. She is currently the only person in North Carolina to score a perfect score on the State Board and National Board exams alike. Angela is also a veteran of the United States Army where she served in the Gulf War as a Cryptologist and Weapons Specialist. In her personal life, she has three wonderful children that she adores, loves to sail and spend time on the coast.
