The Best Job…

Like Paula and Max, I am passionate about wine, and revel in any experience that satisfies my never ending curiosity about the stuff.  Unlike so many other professions, such as engineering or programming, where there is some separation between product and customer, sommeliers get tons of interaction with guests!  Nothing affirms ones sense of purpose in the world like seeing faces light up after tasting something they otherwise would have never touched, or discovering how perfectly paired the Heritage Farms Pork and Smoked Bacon dish is with a glass of AOC Corton Grand Cru Red Burgundy.
