Ashley and Sergio are building a their dream home in Fearrington Village. Here’s why they are choosing to join our community.

“We chose Fearrington because it had everything we were looking for now and in the future. We both grew up surrounded by farmland, so we loved the farm feel when we drove in, as well as the preservation of trees and nature. We like to walk our dog, Woody, and there are tons of trails to explore.

We also loved the idea that for years to come we could walk to the outdoor pool or up to the village and go to the bookstore, grab coffee, lunch or dinner, or do a little shopping and then walk home. As a writer, it’s also a place of inspiration for my work. Fearrington is safe, tranquil and welcoming, and we felt at home as soon as we started looking for properties.
