Meet Dr. Feldman & Dr. Cuneo

Dr. Jerry Feldman & Dr. Elizabeth Cuneo have been Fearrington residents since 2013. We asked them what they loved most about living at Fearrington – here’s what they shared about their experience.

What persuaded you to move to Fearrington?
First, we had the informative tour of Fearrington Village with Nathalie from Fitch Creations. Then, lunch with some knowledgeable Fearrington residents at the Granary. The more we got to know, the more we sensed that the culture and environment here was very special. Now after three years we can say that it exceeded our expectations!

What about the Woods neighborhood appealed to you when deciding between Fearrington’s neighborhoods?
We like the “Woods” because the of the natural beauty of all the trees, creeks and winding roads. It’s so quiet and peaceful. And, we love having our own independent, low maintenance home with it’s own “tree house” porch. The two bedrooms on the second floor are especially appreciated when friends and family come to visit and have their own guest area.

What do you love most about Fearrington?
The sense of community! We have met and made friends with so many nice and interesting people. We also like the many and varied clubs of the Homeowners Association, the Fearrington Cares Volunteers, the outdoor “country club” pool, the Village and it’s amenities, and the Duke Fitness Center.

What is one of your fond memories of living at Fearrington?
Our neighbors have become extended family. At first they were helpful in getting us connected with all the services and opportunities in the area. Now they are there with us to celebrate and enjoy the good times together.
