Learn to make the iconic chocolate soufflé, a staple on the Fearrington House menu. Made famous by Edna Lewis during her time as one of Fearrington’s first guest chefs, our Pastry Chef Lydia Arnold will demonstrate this recipe and participants will indulge in the soufflé.
Participants will arrive at The Cottage, our teaching kitchen tucked into the gardens behind the restaurant, at 3pm. We’ll begin with light refreshments and an introduction to the recipe followed by an in-depth demonstration. This will be a treat!
