Although Summer generally calls for unlimited chilled glasses of whites, roses, and sparklings, don’t neglect red wines just because it’s warm! Did you know there are many varietals that actually excel with a little chill? Some of our usual friends like Pinot Noir, Gamay, Grenache, & Barbera are some of these, but of course there are a billion obscure varietals from different continents that you should explore too. Laura will be pouring the following ‘chillable’ red wines today:
