Christmas Eve Takeout for Two

We’re rolling out our Christmas boxed feast! This multi-course meal includes everything listed (yes! everything!) plus the option to add wine pairings – one bottle of white and one bottle of red. Order your Takeout for Two weekly dinner by Wednesday, December 14th for pickup on the morning of Christmas Eve – Saturday, December 24th from 10-11am at The Fearrington Barn. Please note that we may sell out sooner than December 14th so order soon! $175 – $230 with wine pairings.

Duck Rillette with Carrot Chutney, Pickled Onions, House Made Crackers

Wild Rice Salad with Pickled Grapes, Pomegranate Seeds, Candied Pecans, Seeds, Blue Cheese, Arugula and Maple Tahini Vinaigrette

Main Courses:

Prime Rib with Braised Red Cabbage and Thyme and Black Pepper Gravy

Seafood Chowder with Shrimp, White Fish, Salmon, Sweet Potato and Winter Squash

Butternut Squash Lasagna with Ricotta Cheese, Amaretti, Sage and a Smoked Cheddar  Cream

Sides:

Scalloped Potatoes with White Cheddar and Caramelized Fennel
Honey Roasted Carrots with Cumin and Thyme Granola
Brussels with Pepita Seeds and Dark Raisins
Creamed Spinach and Kale with Gruyère Cheese and Parmesan
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Pears and Red Onions

Dessert

Yule Log with Chocolate Sponge, Peppermint Buttercream, Meringue Mushrooms and  Chocolate décor.
