THE CULINARY ARTS & LETTERS SERIES is a seasonal event
that brings in talented guest chefs and culinary writers from across
the region and nationally. The series is a collaboration between
Colin Bedford, the Executive Chef at Fearrington's two restaurants -
the landmark
Fearrington House Restaurant and the casual bar and grill,
The Fearrington Granary Restaurant - and Keebe Fitch of
McIntyre's Books, one of the South's most celebrated independent
bookstores and which offers an exceptional and expanded
cookbook section.
The series kicked off in November 2011,
with a
special dinner with chef and author Hugh Acheson, on the occasion of
the publication of his cookbook released from Clarkson
Potter: A New Turn in the South.
