Farmers’ Market Dinner
Featuring Flat River Farms
Wednesday, July 16th at 6pm at The Old Granary Restaurant

Join us for a Farmers’ Market Dinner at The Old Granary Restaurant with Joan & Charles Holeman, owners of Flat River Farms. Located near Durham, North Carolina, Flat River Farms grows many native plants and herbs and have been providing the Fearrington Restaurants with exceptional produce for many years. The Farmers' Market menu will highlight a wonderful variety of Flat River Farms' heirloom, vine-ripened tomatoes that are grown using organic farming methods. The four-course tomato dinner will be prepared with great care and imagination by Granary Chef Stephen Amos. Fearrington Sommelier Maximilian Kast has selected North Carolina and Virginia’s finest wines to complement the menu. This fun summer event will start with an outdoor reception at the Old Granary with introductory comments from the Holemans, followed by dinner at 7pm.
