A real estate brokerage firm focused exclusively on Fearrington Village, Fitch Creations, Inc. is a seller's agency representing existing homes in addition to brand new showcase homes.

Fitch Creations is also the exclusive builder and developer of the Fearrington community. With dedicated architectural, interior design and construction teams located on-site, we offer a custom building experience unlike any other in the region. The Fitch Creations building also houses a custom design center to assist  clients in personalizing their Fearrington homes.

Fitch Creations, Inc. owns and manages The Fearrington House Country Inn, The Fearrington House Restaurant, The Fearrington Granary Restaurant and most of the shops in the Village Center.

Since 1974, Fearrington has been the exclusive focus of Fitch Creations. That year, developer and Chapel Hill native R.B. Fitch purchased the Fearrington farm and began transforming of the land into a country village. He created one of North Carolina's first planned unit developments. Over 1,200 families live in homes nestled in the surrounding woodlands and fields. Adjacent parcels have been added over the years, and Fearrington Village now measuring over 1500 acres.
