We are are always interested in hearing from qualified individuals to work at The Fearrington House Country Inn and Restaurant and within our village shops.

Fearrington is a member of Relais & Chateaux, an international association of 450 elite independent hotels and restaurants in 50 countries. Founded in France and headquartered in Paris, the association serves as an ambassador for the French “joie de vivre” and the highest culinary standards. Each establishment embodies the association’s quality charter of the five “C”s - Character, Courtesy, Calm, Charm and Cuisine.

We hire local and international staff. Fearrington assists with the processing of J-1 Visas for those individuals from abroad with appropriate educational and work experience who seek to advance their professional career by training at Fearrington for 18 months.
