Introduces New Executive Chef
We are pleased to introduce
Colin Bedford as Executive Chef of
the
Fearrington House Restaurant.
Colin has served as Executive Sous Chef at Fearrington since 2005, and
now takes the reins from Chef Graham Fox who returned to England with
his wife to raise their two children. A native of England, Colin began his
culinary career with an apprenticeship at the Michelin-starred Castle
Hotel after earning a degree in Hospitality from Yeovil College in
Somerset. In the years following, Colin worked as Pastry Chef at Niagara
On The Lake in Canada and as Executive Sous Chef at The Prince Of Wales
Hotel. As Executive Chef, Colin will continue The Fearrington House's
commitment to "Farm-to-Table" cuisine - maintaining partnerships with local
farmers, and incorporating some of the finest produce and ingredients in the
region and in the gardens at Fearrington.
