Representatives from Valrhona, a luxury chocolate manufacturer based in France, joined the Fearrington House staff and had some chocolate fun last month! From chocolate bars decorated with gold powder to cucumber gin and tonic bon bons, everyone’s taste buds were jumping with joy! These classes help to improve efficiency and diversity among the decadent desserts served throughout Fearrington’s restaurants and at special events.
