About Your Experience

Location | The Spa is located in the Park Building overlooking Fearrington’s Village Center. Please enter through our spa boutique, Haven, where an attendant will welcome you.

Hours of Operation | Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm. Hours are subject to change.

Spa Reservations | To make reservations, please call us at 919-545-5723 or email us and we will promptly respond to your request.

Cancellation Policy | Should you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, we require notification 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged in full.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates | Gift cards make the perfect gift and may be purchased in any dollar amount. Cards and certificates must be presented at the time of the service to be redeemed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards or certificates.

Service Fee | For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services and packages. Should you feel that you have received exceptional service, feel free to add additional gratuity.

Arrival | We invite you to check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. For the benefit of subsequent guests, late arrivals will result in abbreviated services.

Age | Spa services are available to guests ages 18 and older. Young adults ages 8-17 may experience specific spa treatments when accompanied by an adult.

Attire | A robe and slippers will be provided to you on arrival for any spa massage or facial treatment.

Considerations | We ask that you help provide a relaxing experience for fellow guests at the Spa by not bringing your cell phone or PDA. The Spa is also a smoke free environment.

Medical Information | For your safety, please note on the consultation form or inform of medical conditions, allergies or other special needs that require our attention.

Return Policy | Any product items purchased at the Spa or in Haven must be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Valuables | Please do not bring valuables to the spa; the spa is not responsible for any misplaced items.
