Set in the middle of our Village Center, Roost offers local brews, wine by the glass, live music and wood-fired pizza during the spring, summer and fall. During cooler months, pizza will be available Friday and Saturday 12-7pm for take out or to be enjoyed at The Goat. All orders should be placed at The Goat.

About Our Pizza

When you head into Roost to grab a beer, you’ll notice our wood-fired pizza oven and the fantastic smell of artisan pizzas. “I did a massive amount of research and then I started experimenting,” says Fearrington’s Executive Chef Colin Bedford. “From the sauce to the dough to the toppings, I wanted it all to be perfect. So three tries here and four tries there to get the structure just right. Now we finally ended up with a final product that I’m excited about.”

So what is the final product? Each week you’ll find three red sauce-based pizzas and three white-sauced based pizzas. A few classics, such as the Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil, will always be on the menu, but our chefs will be switching out ingredients to keep it seasonal and local. Come by and try for yourself!
