Behind-the-scenes in our kitchen, recipes from our experts and event details!
Cooks & Books was founded with a premise that there’s no better way to explore a new cookbook than by talking with the author, and sampling and delving into those dishes with seriously fun and delicious discussion. The series is is a collaboration between Colin Bedford, the Executive Chef at The Fearrington House and Keebe Fitch, Manager of McIntyre’s Books, one of the South’s most celebrated independent bookstores.
Since we launched the series in 2011, we’ve hosted chefs and writers from across the region and nationally. See a short list of recent events below and stay tuned for our upcoming season!
