Laura Morgan - Director of Real Estate
A native of North Carolina, Laura Morgan graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a masters degree in Education and English in 1986. With over 20 years experience working solely for Fitch Creations, Laura began her career at Fearrington at the fine-dining restaurant, before joining the Real Estate Team in 1988.  In her role as Director of Real Estate and Construction, Laura is involved with every facet of buying, building and selling homes at Fearrington.

Keebe Fitch - Real Estate Sales Agent
Keebe has been an integral part of the Fitch family business since the early 1980's. In addition to earning a BA in History from UNC, she also recently received an MBA from Kenan Flagler's Business School. Keebe is also involved in the village center.

Nathalie Condoret - Real Estate Sales Agent
