Meet The Real Estate Team

	The Fitch Creations Real Estate Sales Team Laura Morgan - Director of Real Estate With over 20 years experience working solely for Fitch Creations, Laura Morgan began her career at Fearrington at the fine-dining restaurant, before joining the Real Estate Team in 1988. In her role as Director of Real Estate and Construction, Laura is involved with every facet of buying, building and selling homes at Fearrington. A North Carolina native, Laura attended UNC at Chapel Hill and received a Bachelor's Degree in English and Education.
	Keebe Fitch - Real Estate Sales Agent Keebe has been an integral part of the Fitch family business since the early 1980's. In addition to earning a BA in History from UNC, she also recently received an MBA from Kenan Flagler's Business School. Keebe is also involved in the village center.
	Nathalie Condoret - Real Estate Sales Agent Nathalie joined the Real Estate Team at Fearrington in May 1999 and has been involved in all areas of listing and selling Fearrington homes ever since. Born in Marseille, France, Nathalie was brought up in Chapel Hill and attended UNC where she earned a degree in International Studies and Linguistics.
	Jenn Cronk - Real Estate Sales Agent Jenn has been with Fitch Creations and the Real Estate Team since September of 2005. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Jenn has worked in various areas of the hospitality and real estate industry, including managing condominium rentals, executive office suites and apartment communities. Jenn graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations.
	Karen Brautigam - Real Estate Listing Agent Karen joined the Real Estate Team at Fearrington in the Spring of 2004 and achieved her NC Real Estate License shortly thereafter. Her roles have included Sales Assistant, Rental Management and most recently Listing Agent. From listing to closing, Karen assists with all facets of listing and selling your home through Fitch Creations, Inc.
