Morgan - General Manager, Real Estate Sales & Construction
With over 20 years experience working solely for Fitch
Creations, Laura Morgan began her career here at The Fearrington
House Restaurant before joining the Real Estate Team in 1988.
In her role as Director of Real Estate and Construction, Laura is
involved with every facet of buying, building and selling homes at
Fearrington. A North Carolina native, Laura attended UNC Chapel
Hill and received a Bachelor's Degree in English and Education. |

Nathalie joined the Real Estate Team at Fearrington in May 1999
and has been involved in all areas of listing and selling
Fearrington homes ever since. Born in Marseille, France,
Nathalie was brought up in Chapel Hill and attended UNC where she
earned a degree in International Studies and Linguistics.

Haarhuis - Real Estate Sales Agent
Following 3 years as manager at Fearrington's Dovecote Home & Garden Shop, Julie
joined the Real Estate team at Fearrington in 2008.
Julie was born and raised in Burlington, NC and attended East
Carolina University in Greenville.

Brautigam - Real Estate Listing Agent
Karen joined the Real Estate Team at Fearrington in 2004 and
earned her NC Real Estate License shortly thereafter. From listing to closing, Karen assists
with all facets of listing and selling your home through Fitch
Creations, Inc. Karen has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Miami
University and a Master of Fine Arts from Michigan State. |
