Fearrington Parks & Trails

Fearrington's beautiful grounds offer residents and visitors many opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Miles of walking trails meander through the parks and residential areas of the village, offering views of wooded areas, ponds with waterfalls, and pastures populated by grazing Belted Galloways (see map below, or print a PDF version).

One of the most beautiful areas in the village is Camden Park. The park was created in 1995 as a memorial to developer RB Fitch's late wife Jenny, and is home to her favorite plants and trees. Stretching over 17 manicured acres, the park offers walking trails, open green spaces, and wooden benches overlooking the park's gardens, ponds and waterfalls.

Another great recreational area of the village is the Creekwood Play Park. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the tennis courts and picnic tables, the park features a playhouse with slide, a tire swing, a jungle gym and a swing set. The play park is open year round for Fearrington families.
