PHASE II IS UNDER WAY!
Ground was broken on Galloway Ridge's Phase II in September 2010.

This expansion will add 66 apartments, a 49 seat cinema, an expanded lounge, a library, an arts studio, a themed dining room and a salon.

Of particular interest to Fearrington residents is the expansion of The Duke Center For Living, which is open to residents of both communities. This expansion will update the locker rooms, add an additional massage room and create more space for outpatient therapy and physician services.

Since opening its doors in 2005, Galloway Ridge has become an important resource for all Fearrington residents.  The continuing care facility allows residents:
 the option to remain in the community as their healthcare needs change;
it provides a convenient way to look after family members who desire the benefits of continuing care; and it offers important amenities like the Duke Primary Care Clinic and the Duke Center for Living which is open to Fearrington residents.

Galloway Ridge is independently owned, and is professionally managed by CRSA, based in Memphis, TN. It offers complete maintenance-free living including weekly housekeeping and laundering of linens, 24-hour security, landscaping and indoor maintenance. All utilities, taxes and building insurance, except telephone and premium cable television, are included in one's monthly fee.
