Fitch - Builder and Developer
R.B. Fitch grew up in Chapel Hill and started Fitch Creations,
Inc. in 1960. In 1974 he purchased the Fearrington farm and built the first home
here in 1976. The Principal Broker and
General Contractor for Fitch Creations, Inc., R.B. remains an
integral part of the continuing development of Fearrington Village.

 Laura
Morgan - General Manager, Real Estate Sales and Construction
Laura
will work with you to translate the lifestyle and floorplan you
desire into the Fearrington neighborhood and homesite that best
suits your needs.
Laura will work as a liaison between you and the design and construction
teams throughout the building process. She graduated from UNC Chapel
Hill with a B.A. in English and Education and joined the company in
1986. |

Flynn - Project Manager
Robert Flynn has nearly 40
years of home-building and land development experience at
Fearrington. Whether you wish your home to be nestled in the woods,
looking out to pastures with grazing Galloway cows, or perched on a
knoll overlooking the creeks, Robert's extensive grading and
construction knowledge, and knowledge of our
property, makes him an expert at siting your home. |

 Brian
Cather - Architectural Designer
Brian is originally from Keyser, West Virginia but headed south to
attend architecture school at Clemson University. After graduation,
he served as an intern for 3 years at a small commercial
architecture firm in Raleigh. For the next 8 years, Brian worked as
a project manager and eventually head of the Design Department at a
Raleigh-based residential architecture firm. Brian joined Fitch
Creations, Inc. in 2009. |

 Paige Greene
- New Home Specialist
Paige graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill. She
has been with Fitch Creations since 1990 and has been helping
customers move into their custom Fearrington homes since 2004. Paige will help you select
from a variety of proven, attractive customization options in the
comfort of our
Design Center and will also be your point
of contact on all aspects of construction to ensure your home meets
your specifications. |

Farrell - Job Superintendent
Once the plans and selections are completed, the construction
phase begins. John has been building
homes in Fearrington for over 25 years and works with you from
ground breaking to completion. John ensures that the house is built
according to plan, on schedule and, most importantly, up to the
specifications and standards that you expect.

 Brenda
Badders - Service Warranty Coordinator
A native of Sanford, Brenda joined Fitch Creations in 2000. As a
former lead teller at a local bank, Brenda brings her experience in
customer service to help new homeowners with a
variety of needs after they close on their new Fearrington home.
Whether it’s a manufacturer’s warranty issue, scheduling a service
call or a simple recommendation, Brenda is available to help. |

The Construction Team
The construction crew that builds every Fearrington home are Fitch
Creations, Inc. employees. Although increasingly rare in new home
construction these days, this approach of skills retention and team
continuity allows us to build a house of the highest quality, and
with the lowest defects, possible. Many have been part of the team
for over 20 years; for example, trim crew chief Tom
Tate joined us in 1976, framing crew chief Jerry Wright, in 1978, finishing
crew chief Bobby Wade, in 1984, and head grading specialist
Steve Mann joined in 1979. Needless to say, they've gotten to
know each other pretty well by now!
This exceptional level of craftsmanship, continuity and expertise
means each Fearrington home is built not only with the highest
