Which neighborhood and housing type is right for you? First, do you want a home with maintenance responsibilities or not? If you don't want maintenance responsibilities, neighborhoods like Millcroft Close, The Knolls, Bradford Place and Camden South make sense. The neighborhoods of Bush Creek, Whitaker Ridge and McDowell Place contain larger, wooded homesites and do not offer maintenance packages.

Second, do you want to design your home or prefer to purchase a brand new one? If you don't want to go through the full custom construction process or want to move in quickly, consider one of the handful of showcase homes we build in our active neighborhoods, or consider The Knolls where you select a homesite and match it up with one of four house plans we've designed specifically for this neighborhood and today's buyer.
