Galloway Ridge Expands Medical Clinic
The extensive expansion project at the neighboring Galloway Ridge community is moving right along this summer. In addition to new apartments and recreation areas being added, the project also includes the creation of a larger building for their invaluable Duke healthcare facility.

Laura Morgan, director of Real Estate here at Fitch Creations, stopped by recently for an update on their progress and the growing importance of the clinic for Fearrington residents.

Medical care at Galloway Ridge is provided by Duke Primary Care, and is led by Dr. William Uthe. According to Dr. Uthe, residents of Fearrington Village make up about one third of his practice. The other two thirds come from Galloway Ridge and residents of the surrounding area. We look forward to seeing the new clinic space when it opens in spring, 2012!
