Wine Tasting Team Building |

 The
Blind Wine Tasting Team Building Activity is lead by Fearrington
House Sommelier Maximilian Kast. In participating in this fun
event, guests will learn how to analyze and taste wine like a
professional through sight, aroma, and taste. Through this
process the participants will learn the basics of grape and region
identification.
After an initial instruction with three wines, the guests will be
broken up into groups and will compete against each other to
identify the next three wines. The first and second group of wines
will be the same wine varietals (e.g 2 Rieslings, 2 Sauvignon Blancs,
and 2 Chardonnays) so that all participants have a point of reference.
The Blind Wine Tasting activity lasts approximately two hours, and
includes a Wine 101, analyzing of six wines, Artisan breads and
cheese, a Fearrington Beltie T-Shirt, and fun prizes!
