The team behind The Fearrington House Country
Inn works hard year round to maintain the highest standards of
hospitality. Their efforts continually earn our property the
industry's highest honors from the American Automobile Association
and Forbes Travel Guide. Theresa Chiettini and Soledad Bardas
oversee all aspects of the Inn, from reception to housekeeping. |

Theresa Chiettini - General Manager
Raised in a family of hoteliers, Theresa learned the intricacies of
managing luxurious hotels in Europe and the Caribbean from a
very early age. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management
from the University of Central Florida, Theresa spent several years
at properties in the U.S. and Europe, including the prestigious Rafael
Hotel in Munich, Germany. Theresa has been with The Fearrington House
since April of 2000. |
Soledad
Bardas - Rooms & Guest Services Manager
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Soledad joined Fearrington in September 2007. Soledad studied Culinary Arts at Argentina's Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia before receiving a degree in
Hospitality and Hotel Management at Argentina's CENCAP College.
Before coming to The Fearrington House, Soledad served as the
personal assistant to the owner of one of Argentina's largest advertising
companies, Sarmiento Advertising Group. |

Rosie
Chiettini - Reservations
Born on the island of St. Maarten where her father managed La
Samanna resort, Rosie grew up in the hotel industry. Her family
later moved to Austria, where she graduated high school in
Schoenberg and college in Krems.
After working at the famed Hotel Sacher in Salzburg for several
years, Rosie joined Fearrington in October 2000 at the front desk.
She now coordinates all reservations for the inn. |
Samantha
Hess - Corporate Event Sales
Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, Samantha joined the
Fearrington House Team in April 2007 after earning a degree in Psychology
from James Madison University. Samantha worked in Inn Reception and
in Conference Services before moving into Corporate Sales in August,
2008. |
Juan
David Cure - Corporate Event Sales
Juan David came to Fearrington in 2006 to work in The Fearrington
House Restaurant, and joined the Corporate Events team in 2008. A
native of Colombia, Juan David came to the United States in 2000 to
continue his studies at the University of Massachusetts in Boston
after attending Social Communications and Journalism School in
Colombia. |
Carlos
Moreno - Catering Manager
Carlos began his career in hospitality in his native Puerto Rico at
fellow Relais & Chateaux property The Horned Dorset Primavera. He
came to the United States in 2005 and spent two years at The Inn at
Little Washington and The Lake Placid Lodge. He then joined The
Fearrington House Restaurant, where he worked as a waiter from 2007
to 2009. Carlos returned in January, 2011 and was promoted to
Catering Manager in August that year. |
