Theresa Chiettini - General Manager
Raised in a family of Hoteliers, Theresa learned the intricacies of managing luxurious hotels in both Europe and the Caribbean from a very early age. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, Theresa spent several years at properties in the US and Europe including the prestigious Rafael Hotel in Munich, Germany. Theresa has been with The Fearrington House Country Inn and Restaurant since April of 2000.
 
  Gilda McDaniel - Special Events Manager
From the initial contact through to the reception, Gilda will assist with coordinating all the details for your memorable day. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Gilda has been at Fearrington for 18 years, first working in McIntyre's, then managing The Market Café (the predecessor to the Old Granary) before becoming our wedding planner over 7 years ago. Gilda is also the buyer for one of Fearrington's shops, Bluebirds & Hollyhocks, which specializes in handcrafted gifts and accessories for brides, ladies and children. Gilda's extensive community involvement includes her current role as President of the board of Chatham County Arts Council.
 
  Kerstin Lindgren - Corporate Sales Manager
Kerstin will assist with every detail of your corporate event at Fearrington, from selecting the appropriate venue to deciding which team-building activity best suits your needs. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Communication Studies, Kerstin worked at Fearrington for 8 years as a server in the Barn and Old Granary and then as Catering Manager for the Village. She recently returned to Fearrington after six years as a Meeting Manager at the UNC School of Government where she received the 2006 Staff Excellence Award. Graham Fox - Executive Chef
Originally from the UK, Chef Fox has worked in Michelin properties in France and England and enjoyed a short Stage at the French Laundry in California.  In 1999, Chef Fox was awarded the Young Chef of the Year Award by Averey's Food & Wine Society.  He joined Fearrington in January 2000 and has overseen the kitchen operations since 2002.
 

  Joris Haarhuis - Maitre' D
Joris Haarhuis joined Fearrington in 1991 as an intern from the Hotel School in The Hague, Holland. After completing his degree in Hotel Management, Joris returned to Fearrington to work as Guest Services Manager at the country Inn before moving to the restaurant as Maitre D' in 1995.
