How do I make a reservation for The Fearrington House Country Inn?
Please use our

for reservations.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at The Fearrington House begins at 3pm. Check-out is by
12 noon.
Are afternoon tea and breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, both are included.
When are afternoon tea and breakfast served?
Afternoon tea is served to inn guests from 4pm to 5pm daily.
Weekday breakfast is served from 7:30am to 9:30am and weekend breakfast
from 7:30am to 10am. Room service is also available.
How many rooms does the Inn have?
There 35 rooms and suites at The Fearrington House.

Can I arrange for flowers in my room upon arrival?
We would be delighted to provide flower arrangements in your room
upon arrival. Arrangements created by our on on-site floral designer
Mary Stevens start at $75 and can be customized to your liking.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Are children welcome?
Most definitely! For your family's comfort, we're happy to select
adjacent Inn rooms in which one offers two double beds. We also
offer a number of activities for children, including a large outdoor
seasonal swimming pool, an extensive children's section at our
bookstore, fun farm animals for viewing, and entertainment such as
crayons and drawing pads at our lunch restaurant. We're also
delighted to offer optional customized culinary programs in
Fearrington House's teaching kitchen, such as a fun two-hour
chocolate making children's class with our chocolatiere. We offer
several private dining spaces at The Fearrington House perfect for
the whole family; and if you'd like a romantic dinner without the
kids, we can arrange for a babysitter to mind the children during
your meal.
Are your rooms pet friendly?
We do set aside several inn rooms for dogs and their owners. These
rooms offer additional space for everyone's comfort and are
conveniently located next to open space in which the pets can run.
There is a $50 pet fee and we take a $150 refundable deposit upon
arrival. We do request that the pets have a crate.
Do you offer roll-aways or cribs?
Due to federal and state fire codes we cannot offer roll-aways or
cribs.
Do you have handicapped accessible rooms?
Yes, we have one handicapped accessible room, and can also
accommodate other rooms to fit your needs.
Are breakfast or afternoon tea open to the public?
Breakfast and afternoon tea are only available to inn guests.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
What is your deposit policy?
Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card at the
time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours
prior to arrival.
How do I get to The Fearrington House?
The Fearrington House is located 8 miles south of Chapel Hill on
US15-501. For directions, please visit our

How far is The Fearrington House from the RDU airport?
We are about 26 miles (42 kilometers) from the airport and the drive takes
approximately 30 minutes.
Does The Fearrington House provide a shuttle service to
and from the airport?
We are not able to provide shuttle service, but we can
recommend the limousine service, Primetime Limousine. They can be
