amenities ranging from a spa to a beer garden offer a range of

Let our experienced and creative staff suggest ways to incorporate our
stylish meeting and event venues, luxurious gardens,
farm setting, the Village shops, and our many indoor and outdoor
spaces to create the perfect event for your group.
We’ve designed
and hosted events ranging from product launches to holiday parties for up to
500 guests that utilize one or several sites throughout the Village
Center. The results will keep your guests talking long after the
event is over.

Corporate Retreat
The top executives of one large software company recently held their
annual retreat here. Activities for the two day event included:
- Meetings in The Library at McIntyre's, located over
McIntyre’s
Books, our celebrated independent bookstore
- A multi-course dinner in
a private dining room at The Fearrington House Restaurant
- Wrapping up their meeting, a beer tasting and cookout at the
Garden Terrace
Corporate Holiday Party
A consumer products company wanted to host several hundred
co-workers and their families for a truly magical holiday event. It
was a memorable way to say thank you to employees for a job well
done! We utilized three locations all in immediate proximity to one
another to create a winter wonderland for the whole family:
- In the Barn, we served up a festive North Carolina style barbeque
complete with all the fixin's
- At the Garden Terrace, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails were served
- For the young at heart, a carnival-style tent complete with
children's activities, a snowy winter wonderland perfect for family
portraits, and a life-sized Polar Express depot that took children
on a ride through the Village.
Business School Graduation Banquet
An early spring event brought together 500 graduating MBAs and their
families for a heavy hors d'oeuvres reception in the Barn that
spilled out onto the Barn patio and into a beautiful,
climate-controlled tent with a view of the pastures and the Belted
Galloway cows. Guests strolled extensive garden paths with drink in
hand, then converged in the Barn for the celebration.
