Daytime Weddings

For over 30 years, the West Terrace at Fearrington has been a celebrated venue for daytime wedding receptions and ceremonies. The backdrop of the elegant Fearrington farmhouse, extensive gardens and majestic trees has long offered a stunning garden party setting. The addition of the Garden Terrace, an elegant open-sided pavilion centered on a large masonry fireplace, now completes the picture.

A daytime wedding takes full advantage of the Fearrington setting, from the exquisite arrangements created by our floral designers to the extensive and meticulous gardens that surround this site. And with centrally heated venues like the Garden Terrace, daytime weddings can happen any season of the year.

A daytime wedding starts after 11am and concludes by 4pm. It includes a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception menu featuring two specialty tables and three passed hors d’oeuvres.
