The intimate dining rooms within the white-columned Fearrington House welcome guests with exceptional service and a seasonally changing menu. Executive Chef Colin Bedford and his team’s commitment to exceptional farm-to-fork cuisine is highlighted through partnerships with local farms, including Duckwood Farms and Heritage Farms, and dishes that celebrate North Carolina’s four distinct seasons. Our menu is complimented by an extensive wine list curated by Wine Director Maximilian Kast.

We are pleased to be the only AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five-Star restaurant in the U.S. to be Green Certified and to be ranked a top 10 restaurant in America, based on more than two million reviews by OpenTable diners.

We invite guests to arrive early and enjoy a cocktail at the bar, tour our award-winning gardens and enjoy the views of the Belted Galloway cows grazing in the pasture. The fine dining restaurant is 8 miles south of Chapel Hill and 20 miles west of Durham, the Research Triangle Park and Cary.
