Eben Sadie and Adi Badenhorst are each highly acclaimed and two of the most talented wine makers in South Africa. The two of them along with a group of other young winemakers have revolutionized the region of Swartland. It is a region that is home to many old vineyards, planted by the national co-op winery KWV in the early 20th century.

Sadie has brought many of these vineyards back to life, working with such varieties as Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre, and Tinta Barroca, Eben has brought international recognition to this region of South Africa through one of its first Cult wines. His two most famous wines the Palladius and the Columella are have garnered some of the highest praises from almost every wine publication, his other wines are nothing short of stunning.
