Join Virgile Rousseau, National Brand Manager of Mas de Daumas Gassac, for a wine dinner showcasing all that this famous property has to offer. Our dinner will begin with a reception in the Granary Gallery where guests will be able to sample a large variety of wines from this producer, followed by dinner in the Galloway Dining Room. Dinner will be three courses with wine pairings for $95, tax and gratuity included.
Founded in 1972 by the Guibert family, Mas de Daumas Gassac quickly took the wine world by storm. In 1978 the famous oenologist Emile Peynaud, who consulted for the likes Margaux and Haut Brion, said this upon agreeing to work with the Guibert family: “I’ve advised the greatest producers in France, but never have been lucky enough to be present at the birth of a Grand Cru.” This quote has stood the test of time. The property produces age worthy white and red wines, along with sparkling wine and rose.
