Wine Dinners & Classes
5:30 p.m. | The Fearrington Granary
Blair Gibbs, the General Manager of Spy Valley in Marlborough, New Zealand will join us for this wine dinner pairing the property’s stunning wines with the creations of Executive Chef Colin Bedford. Our dinner will begin with a reception in the Granary Gallery where guests will be able to sample a large variety of wines from this producer, followed by dinner in the Galloway Dining Room. Dinner will be three courses with wine pairings for $75.00, tax and gratuity included.
Spy Valley is one of the leading wineries in New Zealand and one of the benchmark estates from Marlborough, the most famous region of New Zealand. Located in the Northern portion of the Southern Island, Marlborough is one of the perfect climates for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Spy produces text book versions of those wines but also some alluringly delicious Riesling, Gewurztraminer and other wines.
