Blair Gibbs, the General Manager of Spy Valley in Marlborough, New Zealand will join us for this wine dinner pairing the property’s stunning wines with the creations of Executive Chef Colin Bedford. Our dinner will begin with a reception in the Granary Gallery where guests will be able to sample a large variety of wines from this producer, followed by dinner in the Galloway Dining Room. Dinner will be three courses with wine pairings for $75.00, tax and gratuity included.
