Join Fearrington House Wine Director Maximilian Kast as he hosts Master Sommelier Emily Papach from Chappellet Winery for a tasting of rare back vintages of Chappellet Signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Pritchard Hill Estate, and Pritchard Hill Cabernet Franc. Emily will guide guests through the history of this iconic family owned Napa Valley winery, and taste guests through vintages going as far back as the 1980s. This dinner will showcase the amazing ageability of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, presented by one of the most talented wine professionals in the country. This is a dinner not to miss. The wines will be paired to a four course menu prepared by Executive Chef Colin Bedford. March 27th, 2014. $205 per guest includes tax and service charge.
