If you enjoyed our last blind tasting class and want to learn more, or you are interested in a different way of wine interpretation, join wine director Maximilian Kast for a class on blind wine tasting. We will deconstruct and analyse a selection of classic white and red wines, and learn how to break the wines down. Guests will learn how to judge acidity levels, tannin levels, alcohol levels, so on and so forth. $25 per guest, includes tax and service fee.
