Ann Prospero, born in Mississippi, grew up in Miami, and now lives in Durham, NC. She spent four years researching healthy lifestyles for “Even You Can Be Healthy!” Dutton in New York and four publishers in Europe published her first novel, “Almost Night.” She interviewed top local chefs for her book “Chefs of the Triangle.” Prospero has dealt with multiple sclerosis all her adult life. She lives the kind of life she writes about, thoroughly testing the principles in the book!
