The Fearrington House’s private setting, stunning grounds, overnight accommodations, choice of meeting rooms and dining options offers an ideal venue for your corporate retreat or day meeting. Our corporate events team will work with you to tailor menus, select venues and activities specifically to suit your needs, and they’ll check in during your event to ensure it’s successful.

We offer three inclusive meeting packages, detailed below.  Regardless of which package you choose, all offer the following:

  • Complimentary WiFi access
  • Choice of venue, with set up according to your meeting size and purpose
  • Continental breakfast with fresh bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, fresh-squeezed juice, coffee and tea
  • Audio-visual equipment, fax and photocopy services
  • Coffee, sodas and bottled water refreshed throughout your event

Half Day Meeting Package

  • Four hour use of meeting room
  • Continental breakfast
  • Morning or afternoon break snacks depending on meeting time
  • Optional lunch at The Fearrington Granary

Standard Day Meeting Package

  • Full day use of meeting room
  • Continental breakfast
  • Morning and afternoon break snacks
  • Lunch at The Fearrington Granary or Boxed lunches delivered to your meeting room

Overnight Retreat Package

  • Full day use of meeting room
  • Full breakfast, lunch and three course gourmet dinner each day
  • Morning and afternoon break snacks
  • Luxurious accommodations at The Fearrington House Inn
  • Full use of facilities, grounds and the Duke Center For Living
  • 24 hour concierge service
