Choose Fearrington Village, located near Chapel Hill, NC, to host your next corporate event. Offering pristine meeting spaces, innovative team building opportunities and a dedicated meeting concierge, our facilities can accommodate board of directors meetings, senior management retreats, single day meetings, company receptions, private dinners and more.

Located on a former working farm only 30 minutes to Raleigh-Durham International Airport, we offer four meeting suites that include private restrooms, designated break out areas, complimentary WiFi and natural light.     It was a pleasure having met you and your colleagues of Relais & Chateaux, when you visited our travel agency last month. Because of your kind invitation, I altered my route slightly and shall for long be grateful, my mind filled with wonderful memories of kind smiling staff, beautiful amenities and delicious food.

    Walking about the Village, until our room was ready, was a pleasure. We purchased a few books in the lovely bookshop, enjoyed the tastes and smells in the gelato / coffee shop and of course purchased a souvenir ‘beltie cow.’ High tea, at four P.M. was served with elegance in true British fashion; the tiny delicacies, each a treat in itself.

    The furnishings in our room, the view and the grounds, accompanied by your staff are certainly befitting of a luxury resort catering to those desiring a quiet respite. The grounds provide a perfect setting for a wedding or other outdoor ceremony.

    The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) were so good that I didn’t even feel shaving cream was required! I liked that soap so much, I’m taking it home! It is the inclusion of high quality amenities like this which make a place more memorable. The food, your staff and setting make Fearrington Village Inn, unforgettable.

    When planning a small retirement party for my husband, I looked no further than Fearrington. With the help of their knowledgeable Corporate Sales Event Coordinator, Samantha Whitaker, all the work and worry was placed in her experienced & capable hands. The food was amazing (as always), the atmosphere bright and sunny, the tables graced with lovely flowers and sea shells especially chosen by us both fitting our “beachcomber” theme, and the wait staff was stellar. All our guests remarked on how tastefully done and fun the luncheon was. I agree. Our coordinator Samantha could not have been any more gracious, thorough & professional in her duties right down to the very last detail and always available for my questions or concerns that helped make our luncheon a success. Obviously, with all that said, I would highly recommend Fearrington and their wonderful staff for any special event that you may be planning no matter how large or small.

    I wanted to take a moment and comment on the phenomenal experience I have had working with your employee, Samantha Whitaker.  My senior executive requested that I set-up his Leadership Team meeting so we called the Fearrington House to get some information and spoke to Samantha – after two minutes on the phone with her I knew that I didn’t need to call anyone else.  We have been working with Samantha from the beginning – securing sleeping rooms, arranging meetings, audio visual and meal functions, Ready, Steady Cook, etc.  Samantha has given us the most extraordinary customer service – I have been planning meetings for my executive for many years and we have never worked with someone who is as responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind.  As you might imagine there were many changes and numerous calls and emails, and Samantha was just as gracious and responsive on the first interaction as she was on the most recent.

    I can’t tell you how much we appreciate working with Samantha, and I will recommend the Fearrington House to all of my colleagues here at Lenovo. Thank you so much!

    I had a retreat for a professional peer group of about 17 people at Fearrington in late winter. This group travels throughout North America together and we’re a rather discerning, picky bunch. We didn’t leave the Fearrington campus at all during our 3 day meeting and at the end of the three days, no one wanted to leave at all. The food, meeting space, accommodations, spectacular service, and setting all combined to make this one of the most successful business retreats I’ve ever been a part of. I can’t wait to go back.

Meet the Team

Juan David Cure, Director of Corporate & Leisure Sales

Juan David came to Fearrington in 2006 to work in The Fearrington House Restaurant, and joined the Corporate Events team in 2008. A native of Colombia, Juan David came to the United States in 2000 to continue his studies at the University of Massachusetts in Boston after attending Social Communications and Journalism School in Colombia. Emma Brett, Corporate & Special Events Coordinator

Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Emma graduated from the University of Georgia where she earned a degree in Event Management and Hospitality. Before joining the Fearrington team in June 2015, she worked as an Event Coordinator at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center in Athens, Georgia. Page Smith, Catering Manager

Originally from central Virginia, Page has over 20 years of hospitality experience, managing restaurants in the Caribbean before moving to Fearrington in 1998. Before being promoted to Catering Manager, she proved to be a jack of all trades working at The Granary, The Fearrington House, catering and the flower shop.
