I had a retreat for a professional peer group of about 17 people at Fearrington in late winter. This group travels throughout North America together and we’re a rather discerning, picky bunch. We didn’t leave the Fearrington campus at all during our 3 day meeting and at the end of the three days, no one wanted to leave at all. The food, meeting space, accommodations, spectacular service, and setting all combined to make this one of the most successful business retreats I’ve ever been a part of. I can’t wait to go back.

Samantha went above and beyond. I had so many questions and special requests and she accommodated every single one, and quickly too! [Jenny's Boardroom] was very serene – the perfect setting for us.

“This was the perfect location for us to hold this event. I appreciate everything especially the willingness to make changes at the last minute. My only complaint? I should’ve made the event longer so we could’ve stayed there longer”

“We decided to come back to Fearrington because we had such a positive experience before. Samantha is a jewel; I really enjoyed working with her. She pays attention to details, before, during and after each meeting day. Outstanding sales person.  I really like Jenny’s Boardroom too.  We had enough space to conduct the meeting but also had space to get up and walk around. The Shops were great. Need to build in extra time so shopping is not rushed!”

“We had a two-day staff retreat at Fearrington and I can’t speak highly enough about the location, the service and the overall excellence of the experience. The Fearrington staff was gracious and attentive; they treated us like royalty. Our sleeping and meeting rooms were luxurious and the food was delicious and abundant. To those looking for a special retreat, meeting or event experience, I would highly recommend Fearrington — even though it FEELS expensive, it’s a reasonably priced venue with extraordinary benefits.”

“We have held our annual retreat at Fearrington Village for the past three years and would rather adjust our dates than consider holding it elsewhere. From the graciousness of the grounds, to the professional and anticipatory staff, excellent cuisine, and attention to the smallest detail, Fearrington’s dedication to outstanding customer service is unrivalled in the area. It is a superlative experience deserving of its many stars.”
