Fall merchandise has arrived at Dovecote and I am beyond excited!  My favorite season, favorite store, and my favorite new accessories!  From gorgeous hats and colorful gloves to amazing, sophisticated, PACKABLE all-weather jackets....who says style and practicality cannot go hand-in-hand?!  

The must-have accessories of the season are ALL about FUR!  From fun faux to all-out-glamorous fox, fashionable ways for everyone to sport this trend!

My sister gave me my first bottle of Cucina with a note that read: “Prepare to be hooked!” she wasn’t kidding! These scents are addictive!

Cucina purifying handwash is specially designed to be used in the kitchen. It blends olive oil and other olive derivatives with purifying properties to cleanse sensitive skiin while shielding it from dehydration. It is no secret how much we love our Pets here at Dovecote! From our daily doggy visitors stopping by to show off their tricks for a treat, to our entire sun room devoted to our beloved four legged friends, we are definitely a one stop shop for EVERYONE in your family!!

My black lab 8 month old puppy Laney certainly loves her fashion, and you will find her adorned in the most fabulous Bella Bean collars…stripes, polka dots, cup cakes..you name it, she loves them all! Laney is always the most fashionable girl at the dog park! From Bella Bean collars to silver dog bowls and cozy beds in the most stylish fabrics, we have it all!!  Check out the picture of our daily visitor Anna and her stylish ensemble!

The 4th of July is the quintessential Summer celebration - a gathering of friends and family, festive outdoor decorations, fantastic food, and a celebration of freedom and the birth of our nation.  With a little help from Dovecote, I am planning a holiday celebration that my friends and family will not soon forget! 

I am starting with a red and white striped Dash and Albert Rug - soft enough to lie on but sturdier than a blanket.  A splash of blue and white and red throw pillows from Ryan Studios will create a relaxed and casual atmosphere, perfect for gazing up at the fireworks! I am serving strawberry shortcake in Dovecote’s individual scalloped footed glass bowls, an easy way to make the simplest dessert seem elegant. Surrounded by lanterns in all shapes and sizes, a few sparklers, flags and champagne, and I am all set for my festive celebration!
