We have been feathering our nest at Dovecote with new arrivals of furniture and accessories and we love how things are shaping up. Our popular “Rachel “sofa from Best Slipcover is back in stock so if you are in the market for a great-looking, really comfortable sofa or loveseat, stop by and put your feet up.  Ours is covered in a chic neutral linen, but there are fabrics galore to choose from if you want to customize your selection.  We have several pieces from Annie Selke’s collection.....pedestal tables, upholstered chairs, and an ingenious dining table with demilune extensions.  Annie is also the owner of Dash & Albert, our favorite rug company.....you know the one with all of those great striped cotton throw rugs.  Believe it or not, this stunning plush wool zebra rug is also from her line....as well as the oversized striped pillows.  She does it all..... in her own inimitable style that we are wild about.

These lovely ladies are getting all dressed up for the holidays!  The Fearrington gardeners and floral designers are bringing Vicky, Roost's resident Woodland Sprite Creator, all sorts of beautiful things from our winter gardens.  Cotton fluff, lichen, berries, mosses and grasses turn into magical, one of a kind couture gowns for these glorious creatures.  They go very quickly, but Vicky always has at least one of these works of art in progress.  Come see!
