Fullsteam Fearrington Seasonal Spring

We are excited to launch the newest beer in the Fearrington-Fullsteam Seasonal series: The Heritage Grain Farmhouse Ale.  It is a rustic and lively farmhouse ale made with "Wrenz Abruzzi" rye and toasted buckwheat.  It is fermented with Wallonian Yeast, a yeast that originates from the Walloon region of Belgium and is the traditional "funky" yeast that adds complexity to the greatest beers of this style.
