Does fresh, made to order, gourmet wood-fired pizzas make your mouth water? If so, you’re in luck! Capp’s Apizza is a family-owned business by John & Wendy Cappelletti that visits Fearrington Village each Tuesday during the Farmer’s Market and when music is playing at our beer garden Roost!
“Our family farm, Gladstone Acres, is busy with activity including production of several varieties of heirloom tomatoes, Genovese Basil, and more than a dozen varieties of peppers and chilies and other produce,” says John and Wendy. “We also raise fresh heritage breed pork, which we will be offering exclusively on our pizzas in our house made Italian fennel sausage.”
Each week they offer a “Farm to Fire” market pizza special utilizing fresh produce that is sourced locally and found at Fearrington’s Farmer’s Market, true farm to table fare!
