Fearrington has many sweet secrets we love to share only with our Inn guests, and my personal favorites are the beach bikes! Offered on a first come, first serve basis for Inn guests only, our red and blue bikes are perfect for the easy trails and gradual hills of Fearrington Village. The parks found throughout our residential areas make for a nice area to explore, too. We also offer helmets for guests to feel extra safe.
If you are spending an entire afternoon relaxing at Fearrington, I would recommend a short bike ride to The Swim & Croquet Club, available to Inn guests and members only. You can lounge at the outdoor pool, play a leisurely game of horseshoes or croquet! The supplies for these games are readily available on the lawns within the gates of the pool.
Feeling a little more active? The Inn Reception will be happy to lend you some rackets, tennis balls & access to the tennis courts! Ride your bike through the shaded residential area, and enjoy a game with your friends and loved ones. Who says you have to keep score while you’re here?
What did you explore and which games did you decide to play during your stay at The Fearrington House Inn? Share your adventures with us by using the hashtag #fearringtonmoments and tag us @fearringtonnc.

With their two brothers standing as Best Men, Xan and Amanda listened as their Grandmother read: "In light of recent events the girls decided to include a passage from Justice Kennedy, 'No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than they once were...Marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death...Their hope is not to be condemned to live...
