Fearrington’s On-Site Meeting Planners

From pristine meeting spaces, to innovative team building activities, to overnight accommodations, Fearrington offers a luxurious getaway for corporate retreats and meetings. Fearrington also offers a dedicated on-site meeting planner, who will act as a point of contact before, during and after the event.

Our full-time meeting planners, Emma Brett and Juan Cure, are more than knowledgeable about all things Fearrington and can help to answer any questions, offer suggestions, provide solutions and ultimately guarantee a successful event from start to finish. From the initial inquiry through conclusion, they help schedule property tours, organize and arrange meeting/overnight rooms, assist with menu planning, review event details and scheduling, and provide onsite support.

“Our experience with Fearrington Village was above and beyond from the very beginning,” said a meeting attendee from Intellect Resources 2016 retreat. “Emma continuously reached out, kept in touch with changes and deadlines, answered all my questions, and was just such a pleasure to work with. Everyone at the Village was so friendly and helpful. It was a nice getaway for our corporate event, but also such a beautiful place to relax at the same time. Having everything available in walking distance was one of the main reasons we chose Fearrington. We were beyond pleased with our stay!”

Keebe went with Lee Smith’s Dimestore: “wonderful snippets from the life of one of my favorite authors.” After a long awkward pause during which Pete struggled with some deep-level Sophie’s Choices, he finally picked The Sellout by Paul Beatty: “after twenty years, people are finally noticing how talented this guy is.” Mouse called The...
