Wine for New Years

New Year’s Eve means bubbles, conversation, and committing to resolutions that probably won’t last more than a week. While I can’t help you with your yearly goals, or give you any hot topics for conversation, I can help you pick out a nice bottle of sparkling wine that might make the aforementioned tasks a little easier to bear.

Everything in life goes better with Champagne, and at the Goat we’ve made sure that there’s plenty of Duval-Leroy Brut Champagne to be had.  If your tastes are slightly less extravagant, Alla Costiera Prosecco or Cantina Taburno Folius Falanghina Spumante will more than accommodate, with the slightest touch of residual sugar encouraging more than one glass.

Toast to the New Years with delicious sparkling wine from The Goat! Happy New Years from all of us at Fearrington!

How Did They Do It?

One of our favorite new projects this holiday season was making a multitude of handmade ornaments with which to decorate the tree for the birds standing at the center of the Village.
