Transformation Tuesday

Feeling a little blah? Uninspired? Maybe even a little lost?

Pop into Dovecote Style and let us help define your personal style!

Lackluster pants morph into a fabulous Before and Again printed swingy skirt. A boring top becomes a sleek v-neck from A’nue Ligne. They’ll dress you from top to bottom in the latest styles from designers such as Equestrian, Magaschoni cashmere, Wilt and Elemente Clemente, designers you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the Triangle.

Accessories complete every outfit. Here we have a unique and lady-like purse from Daniella Lehavi and a gorgeous Ann Lightfoot necklace to top it all off!

Come by today for a mini makeover and marvel at just how great you feel when you head out on the town later this evening.

Because leaving just a little more fabulous than when you arrived, isn’t too much to ask when you’re at Dovecote!

The Statement Bag

The changing of the seasons is lovely, but for the money, there's no better investment than a statement bag to take us through fall, winter and beyond. Some of our favorites here in the shop include a sumptuous leather boho bag in color-blocked cream and brown, totes and clutches with shagreen... Full Post >

All Things Native

With flower beds all tidied and plenty of rain on hand, the Fearrington Gardeners recently took a field trip up the road to visit our friends at the North Carolina Botanical Garden in Chapel Hill. A morning spent oohing and aahing over the lush plantings there - exemplified by this spectacular pitcher plant display - has only piqued our interest in the diversity and beauty of native North Carolina wildflowers. This is the perfect time of year to visit the NCBG! Check out their Facebook page for... Full Post >
