Buzzed & Cultured: The Insider’s Scoop on Expertly Pairing Wine and Cheese

This signature class combines some of our favorite guilty pleasures, wine and cheese, as well as our favorite wine and cheese cognoscenti. Expect the experts to keep you on your toes this year as they highlight the significance of terroir in lesser known varietals and new trends in southern cheesemaking.

After passing by old hoop houses that were covered in vines and weeds, I had an idea to continue Fearrington’s farm to fork mission – a vegetable garden.
Our gardening team helped to clear out the hoop houses and then myself and my Executive Sous Chef Tom Whitaker and Sous Chef Thomas Card built the raised beds.

The latest edition of the Fearrington-Fullsteam collaboration brew has arrived! Our Fearrington Fall Apple Extra Special Bitter is on tap throughout the Village Center. This is an autumn and Southern inspired take on the traditional style of English Ale, with pressed heirloom apples from Foggy Ridge Cider in Dugspur, Virginia.
