New By the Glass Wines!

With the changing of the seasons, our wine team looks forward to offering new and exciting wines to be available by the glass at our different outlets. We have some really fun and delicious wines for you to try this fall, and we hope you enjoy the new selections!

Wines by the glass at Roost:

Leese Fitch Chardonnay
A bright, medium, bodied chardonnay from California offering fresh apple and pineapple along with a creamy texture.

Rickshaw Pinot Noir
The grapes for this wine are grown in Sonoma Coast as well as Anderson Valley and the Central Coast in California. Wild berries and cherry are foremost on the palate while a silky mouthfeel and bright acidity follow through.

Torre di Luna Pinot Grigio
A pure expression of Italian Pinot Grigio, the Torre di Luna has fresh pear and lemon along with some lovely white floral notes. A crisp and clean option for warm nights!

Cheeseburger Red Blend… a match made in heaven! Don’t be fooled by the name, the only flavors you’ll find in this wine is a lively assortment of fresh and jammy berries boosted by assertive tannins.

Vietti Moscato d’Asti
For the sweet-toothed among us, the Vietti Moscato d’Asti is fresh and fun, with ripe peach and pear being boosted by a refreshing bubbles. Perfect for patio sipping!

Wines by the glass at The Goat:

Gun Dog Malbec
Full-bodied and bursting with fresh blackberries and dark cherries, this Argentinian Malbec is perfect for dark red wine lovers.

Bread and Butter Chardonnay
As the name suggests, this is a creamy and toasty chardonnay with ripe apple and pear along with bright acidity. A great expression of California Chardonnay!

Pinot Project Pinot Noir
A fun, lively example of California Pinot. With lots of ripe raspberries and cherries along with abundant acidity, this value pinot is truly spectacular.

Hunky Dory Sauvignon Blanc
From the Huia Winery in New Zealand comes this classic example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh grapefruit and lime are joined with a harmonious herbal note that really makes this wine jump out of the glass!

We hope you can join us and try these wines! Let us know what you think!

Fearrington-Fullsteam Fall Collaboration

The Fearrington-Fullsteam Fall beer is our take on an English-style Extra Special Bitter (ESB). These fruity apple tones complement the ESB's natural nutty and sweet aromas, resulting in flavors of caramel, toasted malts, and a lingering apple sweetness. On the label, we call this seasonal offering "the true taste of autumn in the South,"... Full Post >
