What A View

The Fearrington House Inn has quite a few guests who return year after year for anniversaries, birthdays, or to just get away for the weekend. Many of those guests have been able to experience a variety of our rooms, yet they always seem to find one they like the best.

Our most requested room is Room 5, a Deluxe Room with a view that in unparalleled. Two walls are completely filled with windows that are nearly floor to ceiling that fill the room with natural warm light. Since Room 5 is on the second level, your view looks over multiple gardens and fountains, and beyond into the pastures where Belted Galloway Cows graze. You may see some Fearrington homes through the leafless trees during the winter months. The rolling hills of the Piedmont are just past Fearrington’s boundaries, and on a clear morning, they almost resemble a petite version of the beloved Smoky Mountains in western North Carolina.

Cuddle up with your loved one and enjoy the scenery during your stay. Share with us your favorite view of Fearrington with the hashtag #fearringtonfavorites and follow us @fearringtonnc on Instagram and Twitter to share your stories and photos!

Spicebushes on Creekwood

Greener Pastures

It's no secret that as gardeners at Fearrington we take great pride in keeping our numerous and beautiful gardens immaculate and always photo-ready. Yet even we have areas at the edges of our cultivated grounds where weeds and woods make a valiant effort to encroach on our space.
