Greg Fitch, Vice President

After working at Fearrington in high school busing tables at the House and mowing lawns, Greg Fitch rejoined the family business in 2006. For the three previous years, Greg constructed vacation houses on Long Island’s East End. Previously, he worked in New York, most recently for Random House, Inc., managing several corporate departments. After graduating from Georgetown University, Greg worked in the White House under President George H.W. Bush, and earned an MBA from Northwestern University. View his blog.

Chapel Hill Magazine Recognizes Jon Condoret

Jon Condoret our longtime architect passed away in 2010 but his legacy endures in this beautiful article in Chapel Hill Magazine. Jon designed almost every house at Fearrington and also the ‘new’ structures in the Village Center like the Inn Building and McIntyre’s.
